The Slaters and the Morrells finally became a united family back in December 1991 when Mike and I married.  Now we have two grown-up children.  Like most families, we are – I suppose – more than a sum of the parts.  Both our families bring a rich history and tales of  normality, poverty, exploration, shenanigans and wrong-doing – to name but a few.  So here’s a lowdown on a selection of those parts that makes us what we are…..
